Some things to know before applying, as I only want to work with clients that are looking for exactly what I have to offer. Quality over quantity here too, I want a handful of clients per year who I can make massive shifts with (not dozens that I can't give my full attention to)!

1. I generally work on only 1-2 active projects at any given time, and prefer to take on a handful or less new clients each year (outside of continued support for existing/past clients).
2. I don't do anything half way. This isn't (just) coaching or consulting, this is in-depth auditing and implementations of changes throughout your business. We dig fully in, or we don't dig at all.
3. Change isn't easy. These projects affect the whole team. It gets messy before it gets clean. I need you to be invested with me, and transparent with me (as I will be with you). I will do the heaviest lifting and I will lead the way, but you and your team will need to participate in the process.
4. I am not the expert at every possible business tool or pain point that exists (if anyone is ever saying they are, run)! As such, there might be times when I pull in outside experts. Maybe they will become new long term members of your team, or maybe we just need a little extra support on something specific. Either way, I'll take care of finding the right person or guiding you to do so. The important thing is that the biggest pain points in your business are fixed and fixed right.
5. I intend to change your whole life and business if you let me. It takes an open mind and heart. A commitment to the process. And a belief in your biggest dreams, because on the surface this is about 'fixing' your business - but what I really want to do is make sure your business gives you the life you wanted it to in the first place. It is possible.
